It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that it is not subject to any allergies or advise us of his/hers allergies before placing their order. Option Gourmet disclaims all liability for any loss or damage occasioned by the Products for any reason whatsoever, whether death, personal injury, loss or damage arising from the negligence of its agents, servants or employees or Other people with whom we can do business with.
To notify us of your food allergies and / or intolerances, you must communicate it to us verbally if you place your orders by telephone or in writing if you place your orders online at the checkout page in the square entitled “Order notes”.
At Options Gourmet we care about the security of our client’s information and use commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all the given information.
In order to protect the privacy and security of our clients we take considerable steps to verify their identity. The client’s personal information is preserved safely and will not be disclosed to any individual apart from our employees.
Time required before delivery
Normally, a preparation time of 48 hours must be allowed before the delivery of your orders. However, during busy periods, this time may vary. In addition, you must notify us of any changes to your orders within a reasonable time. Change means the addition of items or cancellation of the order as well as the modification of the date and / or the delivery address.
For orders with terms of payment or payable upon delivery, Options Gourmet requires a deposit that represents 40% of the total value of the purchase before taxes. The balance of the invoice may then be paid upon delivery of the product or service.
Prices and applicable fees
Please note that all prices shown on our website are before taxes (GST and QST). A service charge of 15% of the total amount of the order before tax is applicable at all times.
